What kind of yarn is used? I mainly use the Red Heart Super Saver yarn which is 100% acrylic. For the Chowder hat I use the Bernat Crushed Velvet Potent Purple Yarn.

Can I wash my hat in the washer? I HIGHLY suggest soaking or gently rub your item in the soapy water but never scrub, twist or wring it. Drain off the water and rinse with fresh, cold water. Keep draining and adding water until it runs clear and is soap free. Gently squeeze out as much water as you can without wringing or twisting. Let your piece air dry.

How do I place a custom order for something not listed on the site? Message me on instagram or send a message via the contact option above. All customs start with a $20 deposit.

How do I add more than one color my order?

There is a text box on each product page, so be sure to input your colors there.

What if my hat is too small/big?

If your hat is too small/big you can ship it back for adjustment within 7 days of delivery. Shipping from and to your location will cost a fee that will be discussed once you begin your return.
