Order Policies

Please read these poicies prior to ordering to ensure a smooth process for creative [you] and creator [Harper Jack/Merakichets LLC].

By placing an order, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these terms.

Creation Process

The creation process varies on your item and volume of orders. These are baseline time estimates:

STANLEY CUP COVER: 1-3 days

HATS: 3-7 days

CLOTHING: 2-4 weeks

Shipping Process

Items are shipped Wednesday and Friday afternoon. Items are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers packages within 2 to 5 business days across the continental United States.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and an additional shipping confirmation email with a package tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays or mishaps once packages are shipped to the provided shipping address, out of my possession, and in the hands of USPS.
