Creation Process
Please allow me 4 - 10 days to create your piece(s). Since I am on winter break I will have more time to attend to orders.! Updates will be received via email or text (whichever you leave in your contact information).
Shipping Process
Shipping take approximately 5-7 business days. I will update you when your product has been shipped, with a tracking code via email or text message. Please be advised that once the product has been shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package but I will ensure to assist in any issues that may arise.
Creation Surcharge
There will be a $10 base surcharge for additional alterations to your order once the creation process has begun. Please be mindful that EVERYTHING is handmade to order!
