Creation Process
The creation process varies on your item and volume of orders. These are baseline time estimates:
HATS: 5 - 7 days
LILY ROSE BAG: 14 days
CLOTHING: 21 days- 28 days
I will keep you updated during the creation process via your contact method, your patience is requested and appreciated!
This time frame DOES NOT include ordering yarn or other supplies necessary to fulfilling your project. Rush work will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Shipping Process
Items are shipped Wednesday and Friday afternoon. Items are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers packages within 2 to 5 business days across the continental United States.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and an additional shipping confirmation email with a package tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays or mishaps once packages are shipped to the provided shipping address, out of my possession, and in the hands of USPS. Feel free to shoot me an email to ask for a predicted wait time, I don't mind!
